Syntech has excelled by identifying opportunities in niche markets and aligning products to those markets. We source industry leading technology from vendors around the world and distributing it throughout Sub-Saharan Africa – building lasting relationships with our suppliers and working with them to develop awareness and demand for the products in this region.

Detailed product information, case studies and marketing material are compiled and shared freely with our resellers in order to add value to the channel. Ongoing product training sessions and events are held, and our product specialists work closely with resellers to develop solutions that assist with the sales process. Every reseller has a dedicated account manager to ensure accountability, excellent response times and a personal interaction with our clients.

We actively work to grow our reseller network through the identification of new markets and building relationships with appropriate partners who can deliver value into these markets. Our reseller network is supported with lead generation, training, sales assistance, local stock and excellent warranty support.

We pioneer the market with new technology that complements traditional ICT infrastructure and helps resellers to offer more value to their customers.

Stock is managed from warehouses in Cape Town and Johannesburg where thousands of shipments are distributed efficiently and cost effectively to our resellers throughout Southern Africa. All Syntech clients can expect cost effective solutions, delivered on time.

Syntech’s unique RMA policy entitles resellers not based in Cape Town or Johannesburg to free collection, replacement and return of any warranty items which have been purchased from Syntech.
