If you unfortunately received one of these faulty items we would like to help you resolve this problem as soon as possible. Please complete the Warranty Return Application form by clicking on the button below so that we can replace your faulty product.
If you have purchased stock that is unopened and undamaged and would like to return it for credit, please complete the Stock Return Application form. Note that charges may apply to stock returns and Syntech reserves the right not to accept any returns for stock older than 14 days or that has damaged packaging.
