- The applicant actively resells products as a core business focus.
- The applicant has sufficient technical understanding to effectively sell and offer first line support on Syntech products.
- Products purchased from Syntech will be resold and are not intended for internal use by the applicant.
- The applicant intends to deal regularly with Syntech and actively promote the Syntech product range.
