Syntech Rocked RAGE again this year!

- 33 068 targeted visitors – The 13thedition of this highly anticipated expo once again brought together the top names in gaming, game development, geek culture, technology and media
- 2 568 NAG LAN gamers all revelling in the latest games and gadgets
- On 19, 553m2 of exhibition floor space for three days.
- This year’s edition saw the return of crowd favourites such as Learn 3D, PlayStation, Xbox, Megarom, home_coded, LEGO, Disney, BT Games, Dark Carnival, Rectron, the Telkom DGL Championships, the Legion Ink cosplay competition and the Artist’s Alley while hundreds of industry experts and professionals contributed to the strong line-up of exhibitors.
- This year’s media presence was stronger than ever with 462 accredited media in attendance / over 40 one-on-one media interviews. Prior to rAge there were 241 published press pieces including online, print and broadcast with a press preview tour specifically for daily and weekend papers and TV news being held the day before rAge opened.
- The result was coverage published in The Star, IOL, the front page of The Daily News and Rapport. In addition to this, coverage was aired on SABC and SABC News before the opening of the show as well as broadcasts on Hot 91.9, 94.7 and EWN as well as countless websites, blogs and fan sites.
