Port Connect – Limited Lifetime Warranty Promotion

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion period: The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 November 2026
  2. Qualifying products: The promotion applies to Port Connect products and peripherals purchased in South Africa from Syntech or an authorised Syntech reseller during the promotion period.
  3. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Qualifying products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to Port’s warranty terms and conditions.
  4. Warranty cover: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  5. Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
  6. Promotional pricing: Promotional pricing on selected Port Connect products and peripherals will apply during November 2026, while stocks last. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. E&OE.
  7. Syntech reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these terms limits the consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
