Syntech gives away R100 000 worth of products!

Syntech’s new “Write a Review Campaign” is simply insane! Who gives away R100 000 worth of products? And there is no catch! All we ask is for you to select your product off the Monday mailer you receive… wait to hear if you are a winner… write and submit your review and once done you get to keep the product.

Please note that this competition is only available for registered Resellers. Should you be selected as a winner, you will receive an invoice with the delivery of your product, however, please note that once we receive your review, your account will be credited with the item sent to you.

Syntech has allocated 100 products which have been broken down into a Campaign where each Monday 25 products are sent out to you. All you have to do is select which product you would like to review and tell us why you have chosen that specific product.

Our first batch of products was sent out on the 16th March and all we can say is “WOW” what a great response we have had.

However, don’t be disappointed if you did not make the first selection as there are still 3 more sets of “NEW” products to be sent out on the 23rd / 30th March and the 7th April 2015.

“Write a Review Campaign” Terms & Conditions

These General Conditions for Promotions and Competitions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions Competitions”) apply to the Syntech, 100 – Product Give-Away Competition held between Monday 16th March – Wednesday the 6th April (hereinafter “Competition”) Syntech being the Distributor providing and administering the competition (hereinafter “Provider”) 100 prizes have been made available for this Competition.

By participating in The Provider’s competitions, the participant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions Competitions. In addition, each Competition and/or other promotion also has specific terms and conditions mentioned in the specific Competition rules.

1. 100 prizes have been made available for this Competition by the Provider.
2. Prizes are subject to stock availability and substitute Prizes may be offered to Participants.
3. Only participants who are Registered and approved Resellers with the Provider may enter this competition.
4. Participants who wish to enter this Competition must:
   1. Submit a written review within two weeks of entering the Competition
5. The winner of The Prize gives The Provider permission to use, free of charge, any received personal data, any photos or any contributions linked to the Competition to be used in promotional activities relating to the Competition and in relation to the announcement of the winner through all media, including radio, television and internet.
6. Excluded from participation are staff and relatives of The Provider (including its subsidiaries) and cohabiting partners or family of the aforementioned employees.
7. The participant is obliged to provide accurate, current and complete information when participating in the Competition.
8. The decision of The Provider is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results and the awarding of The Prize.
9. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of The Prize or conditions that are inherent to the Competition, The Prize will not be awarded. In that case, The Provider is entitled to choose another winner.
10. The handling of the delivery of The Prize is arranged by The Provider,

12. The Provider is in no way responsible for any damages arising from participation in the Competition or for any technical malfunctions, failures or delays of the said PRODUCT.
13. The Provider has the right to disqualify any participants who do NOT SUBMIT a review and it must be understood that PRIZES will be collected and re-called from the winning Participant.
14. The Provider has the right to disqualify participants if The Provider believes that the participants are acting in any disorderly manner, or are conducting themselves in any way which is deemed illegal, within our South African Legal System. This is applicable up to and after The Competition.
15. The Provider is entitled to, at its discretion and without notice, change or modify these Terms and Conditions specific to the Competitions for the duration of the contest and without giving a reason to discontinue, modify or adapt the Competition for reasons of its own without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes or adaptations within the competition, will be made public in an appropriate manner (e.g. via its website).
16. These Terms and Conditions Competitions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for the resolution of any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising in connection with these Official Rules, this tournament and/or The Prizes/Competition.
17. These Terms and Conditions Competitions apply:
    1. Right of admission reserved
    2. The Providers decision is final
    3. The Provider reserves the right to modify any and all rule sets without notifying the contestants
    4. The Provider reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions Competitions specific to the Competitions for the duration of the contest and without giving a reason to discontinue, modify or adapt the Competition for reasons of its own without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant.
